I was able to accomplish a little more on the studio this past weekend. The lights have been installed and all the receptacles have been replaced. I started racking some of the equipment. I have also ordered the ceiling tiles; they should be here in about ten days. Next I plan on running two new circuits to accommodate the additional load of the equipment.

I was finally able to make some headway on the studio this past weekend. The walls have been painted, the trim is up, and the door is finally hung. All that’s left is some electrical work and the remaining can lights. I will also be ordering Ceilume Smart Ceiling Tiles to finish off the drop ceiling. Below are a few pictures of the studio desk reassembled and ready for equipment.

We had our second practice with the new drummer last night and things are sounding really promising. Dave picked up on our material pretty quickly. We are hoping to pull together a show at the end of the March is schedules permit.

Ok, not much to post…the holidays have prevented us from having a regular practice schedule. If all goes well, we should be getting the gang back together later this week.

Work on the studio is progressing. I have 90% of the lights rewired and the new 2×2 ceiling tiles are installed. …Now if I could only hang the door and get some paint up we would be in business.  I will see what I can get done this weekend.
